We come to your house for understanding your needs about the remodeling project.

We take the measurements, prepare an estimate, discuss about the materials, design, terms, and budget in detail. 

During the complete process of remodeling, we do the following:

• Demolishing and cleaning the area that needs to be remodeled.
• Preparing the framing structure for the ceiling, walls, and subfloor.
• Installing and/or replacing the electrical and plumbing - water, drain, and gas.
• Installing the insulation for an efficient heat transfer index.
• Repairing and preparing the floor.
• Repairing, preparing and/or installing the new drywalls of ceiling and walls.
• Installing exhaust hood.
• Upgrading the electrical: LED lights, electrical outlets, switches with dimmer, undercabinet LED.
• Providing texture and painting the ceiling and the walls.
• Installing standard or custom cabinets.
• Installing counter tops from different types of materials: Granite, Quarts, Marble, Cambria.
• Installing backsplashes from different types of materials: Granite, Quarts, Marble, Cambria, Tile, Mosaic Tile, Glass Tile, Ceramic Subway.
• Installing floors from different types of materials: Tile, LVT, Hardwood, Laminate, Engineer Harwood.
• Installing and painting the windows, doors baseboards and trims.
• Installing the undermount or top mount sink, stainless steel, cast iron, porcelain, farm sink.
• Installing the plumbing fixtures: faucet, water filter, hot water dispenser, garbage disposal.
• Installing kitchen appliances: microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher.
• Installing the fire alarm.

 We help with the delivery of materials to the job site.
